Utah Gets Failing Grade for Medical Leave

family(Salt Lake City, UT)  —  Utah is getting a failing grade when it comes to family medical leave.  The state received an “F” from the National Partnership for Women and Families.  It is one of 17 states to earn the lowest score.  The law doesn’t offer adequate medical leave benefits for new or expecting parents.  California earned the highest grade, with Connecticut coming in second.
