Police Expanding DUI Patrols For Weekend, Halloween

 Be prepared for more DUI checkpoints through Halloween night.  The Utah Highway Patrol says it will deploy additional troopers starting this weekend looking for people driving under the influence.  According to the Utah Department of Public Safety, Halloween is the fourth-busiest time of the year in the state for DUI crashes.
