Man Accused Of Starting Brian Head Fire Pleads Not Guilty

(Salt Lake City, UT) The Taylorsville man accused of accidentally starting the 71 thousand acre Brian Head fire is pleading not guilty.  Robert Ray Lyman plans to fight a charge of reckless burning and has requested a trial date.  Prosecutors say the 61 year old started the fire by torching weeds outside of his cabin.  The fire destroyed more than dozen residences and cost 34 million dollars to fight.
