(Moab Utah)-Next Wednesday, Grand County will hold the official canvass of the votes in Tuesday’s election. At that time, some 30 provision ballots and mail-in ballots that were postmarked by November 3rd will be counted. That could change the outcome in the County Clerk’s race between incumbent Dianne Carrol and challenger Zacharia Levine where Carroll leads by a narrow 3 votes. Carroll said 75 per cent of the county’s eligible voters, cast ballots. Grand County mailed out 4,816 ballots and 3,571 voted. 1,245 did not return ballots.
