Gas Prices Drop

gas pumps(Undated Utah)-Utahmotorists are currently experiencing yet another drop in gasoline prices statewide. Today’s state average price is $3.37, representing a $0.22 decrease from a month ago, according to the AAA Utah fuel gauge monthly gas survey. In all Utah metro areas tracked by AAA, Provo is registering the state’s lowest pump price, with drivers paying an average price of $3.22 per gallon for unleaded regular gas. The Triple A says low demand coupled with increased supply of crude oil is contributing the drop in retail prices. Moab prices have dropped over 31 cents a gallon in past days to a low of 3.31 at one facility in town.
