(Juab County, UT) — Authorities have issued citations to the people they say started a wildfire in Juab County by shooting at exploding targets. Fire crews were able to keep the blaze near Mona and Rocky Ridge to just five acres after it broke out on Saturday afternoon. The sheriff’s office says the people who started the fire were shooting the targets in dry grass and they could still be facing additional charges from the county attorney.
