KCYN-FM services over ten thousand square miles of Canyon Country in southeastern Utah, with 29,000 watts of power from ten-thousand-foot elevation in the LaSal Mountains, at 97.1 and 105.5 on the FM Dial.
KCYN-FM features a full-time 24/7 Country music format with a live and local morning show weekdays 7:30AM-9:30AM with hosts Bubba Bartosh and Jennifer Johnson. This duo keeps Canyon Country listeners updated with the latest in area activity reports, including river conditions for river running, Jeep trail reports, bike trail reports, ski conditions and reports on the latest back country conditions for hikers, climbers and even base jumpers. Our service area includes Grand, San Juan, and Emery, a portion of Carbon, Wayne, Garfield and Kane Counties. Our signal covers Canyonlands National Park, Arches National Park, Lake Powell and Dead Horse Point State Park. Communities included in our service area are Moab, Spanish Valley, Green River, LaSal, Monticello, Blanding, Bluff, Mexican Hat and Monument Valley.
Some two million tourists flock to our region annually. KCYN-FM is seen as the Canyonlands Region’s official radio station and is the only LOCAL commercial FM radio station in Moab.
KCPX-AM, Canyon Crossing radio, is a full-time Talk radio station serving the Moab Valley area with 1,000 watts of power, 24/7 at 1490 on the AM Dial.
